| Cat overpopulation is a big problem in the Attleboro community. Cats that are let out, and are not spayed or neutered will do what cats do: breed! So begins the problem with homeless cats: overpopulation, sickness and unwated feral colonies. |

Here's how it works:
• Contact FAAS for a Low Cost Spay/Neuter Voucher at 508-761-5617. • Come to the Animal Shelter on Pond Street N. Pick up your voucher. • The cost is $75, payable by Money Order, and does not include pre- or post-operative care for the cat. (This will be explained in more detail when you pick up your voucher. • Up to date Rabies vaccine is required, or can be added for an additional $15. • We will schedule an appointment for you with our Shelter Vet - Central Ave Veterinary Clinic. All surgeries are done on Fridays, drop off is between 8am and 9:30am, NO food or water from midnight the night before
Reduced-Cost Vouchers for Dogs For the purpose of controlling the surplus of unwanted dogs, the office of William S. Truesdale, DVM, Central Avenue Veterinary Clinic will perform Spay/Neuter surgery on animals which have been adopted or rescued. Spay/neuter surgery will be offered at the following Reduced Rates:

These fees only apply to healthy, non-pregnant animals. Before the animal is admitted to this clinic it must be current on its Vaccinations (a proof of this must be supplied). Vaccinations, post operative injections and post operative medications ARE NOT included in this reduced fee. It is suggested that pre-surgical blood testing along with an EKG be done on animals over 6 years of age prior to surgery. Surgery will be performed with the same high medical standards as in any other case. William C Truesdale, DVM, Central Avenue Veterinary Clinic and the Friends of Attleboro Animal Shelter do not assume any liability for pre-existing conditions and/or complications arising from surgical procedure.
